10 Day Raw Fruit and Vegetable Cleanse

I have tried all different types of cleanses in my life, and the only one I would recommend is the 10 day raw cleanse.  It’s easy, enjoyable, and at the end you look and feel AMAZING.  Even drinking a little more water every day will allow you to remove wastes and unwanted toxins.  Considering that the average person has up to 2 lbs of parasites and between 5-20 lbs of toxins, to remove all of this at once would be impossible and cause negative side effects that would halt all detoxification anyways.  Detoxification will bring your mind and body out of a stressed state.  Bringing your body into balance will cause a release of toxins.  A holistic health program is critical to your entire path to wholeness, wellness, detoxification and accomplishing your goals.

Here are the guidelines for the raw fruit and vegetable cleanse.  During this process it is important to discipline your mind to stay focused on shifting any stressful perceptions or beliefs into ones that will support you in an uplifting way. The critical component to this cleanse is always having even blood sugar to prevent your body and mind from entering a stressed state.

Have 1-2 medium pieces of fruit (1-2 cups) every 1 -1.5 hrs (always eat slightly more if you want to):

a. Papayas, pineapple, mango, banana, berries, peaches, apples, oranges, water melon

b. 1-2 large raw veggie and salad meals

Supplements: a. 2 “Probiotic” capsules 2X / day b. Coral Calcium / Magnesium (500mg of each 3X / day)

Coming “off” this cleanse if it goes past 3 days:

1. Day One: add a 2-3 oz portion of meat or 1/2-1 cup of sprouted or cooked legumes (chick peas are excellent) OR add 1scoop of Whey Isolate and 1tsp of Lemon Fish Oil to 1-2 fruit smoothies (best consumed at the beginning and end of the day).

2. Day Two: add the above to 2 meals (with your salads).

3. Day Three: three portions of added protein + 1 serving of Essential Fats (1-2 tsp Lemon Cod Oil). Lemon Cod Oil).

4. Day Four: 3 protein meals + 2 serving of Essential Fats (2tsp Udo’s oil in AM + 2tsp Lemon Cod Oil in the PM).
